A 60 Second Daily Ritual to Transform your Results

There’s one daily ritual that, when done consistently, will radically transform your results. And it’ll take you less than 60 seconds.

I know, you’re busy. We all are.

Busy with commutes, phone calls, children, text messages, exercise, meals, emails, meetings and I’m sure countless other responsibilities...

Who has time for one more thing?

Anyone that wants transformative results, that’s who. And it’s surprisingly easy. Ready?

Every day, create one thing that you will do, #NoMatterWhat

Each and every day, create a non-negotiable action that will happen regardless of all the circumstances that will inevitably come up.

It’s easy to let situations and circumstances take you off your game. It’s easy to make excuses. But if you intentionally commit to and practice having just one non-negotiable a day, over time you will get better, faster and smarter at solving problems, making things happen, and having things go your way. You’ll strengthen your ability to get results aside from the (usually reasonable) excuses, reasons and circumstances that can get in the way.

I like to do it when I first sit at my computer in the morning. But you could do it any time, even the evening before.

I will send that proposal out today, #NoMatterWhat.

I will go for a run, #NoMatterWhat.

I will make a cold call, #NoMatterWhat.

I will read the next chapter, #NoMatterWhat.

I will write the next chapter, #NoMatterWhat.

Whatever it is you choose, make it clear, make it easy, and make it as concise as possible. Of course, make sure you actually do that thing or take that action #NoMatterWhat.

This week, tag me in your daily #NoMatterWhat on Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, or Twitter. I’ll re-share some of them so you can see what others in the community are up to. Don’t be shy…

Look, I understand emergencies may come up, so if you have an emergency, we can make an exception for that. Stuff happens. Nobody can do everything they’re committed to all the time. Still, it’s those who practice going above and beyond with the small things that get better at doing it with the big things as well.

So what’s your #NoMatterWhat today?
