President of MHCA, Dale Shreeve, contacted us to deliver inspiration and tools to reignite the passion and performance within their industry membership. Their challenges included:
Regulatory changes at federal and state levels significantly impacting organizational resources and raising costs.
Disruptive competition and private equity backed companies entering the marketplace driving worry and morale decline.
Industry-wide staffing shortages causing cost increases, and capacity shortfalls.

Working with Dale Shreeve and team, we quickly discovered that we needed both a keynote and workshop to make sure audience members were practiced using some of the new tools we would share. Interviews with staff and audience members illuminated what tools would create the biggest perspective shift.
We worked with MHCA to turn their conference into a turning point coming out of significant challenges. Reinforcing the message with customized video content before and after the event. And made Hunting Discomfort available for every attendee as their playbook for cultural practices within their organizations.
MHCA implemented our plan to lock in the learning with additional content, materials and inspiration following the event to keep purpose central, refection ongoing and growth consistent – No Matter What.
