And to deliver it at an executive level and management level across two distinct events. Their membership was facing:

  • Competitive threats in the retail marketplace from non-traditional competition. 

  • Dramatic new innovation and technology transforming the industry, some of which is financially inaccessible to some members. 

  • Staffing shortages, economic headwinds and continued supply chain challenges negatively impacting morale.
