Embracing the challenge and aligning for growth

Brooke Fawcett, Senior Vice President of Brand and Marketing, reached out to find a different approach when the high-performing team was looking for even higher performance.

  • Struggling to align the team amidst growing sales and increasing client demands. 

  • Traditional approaches to higher performance have been insufficient leaving team members hesitant to try something new. 

  • Growth goals are significant, negatively impacting morale for some. 

  • Team focus has been only on optimizing existing performance vs. creating breakthrough products and services.


OUR APPROACH:

A different approach delivering different results

We designed an approach that “looked different, felt different and became different” Brooke Fawcett shared, while delivering on their long-term goals in “an experience never had with another keynote speaker.” Our aim was that this message of growth on top of already high-performance wasn’t purely motivational, hollow or wishful thinking, but accessible and immediately applicable. 

We partnered to dovetail The Plexus Groupe content into the keynote and the No Matter What methodology into their presentations and breakouts to deepen the message and begin to integrate the approach into their speaking and acting immediately. 

Working alongside The Plexus Groupe team, we created a blueprint for team members to hit their stretch goals by taking smart risks and learning from small failures. Building such a strong foundation and individual responsibility for alignment before and during the event would give future-growth a solid foundation to continue and accelerate.
