2 Things I Recommend (For Your Health)

APRIL 7, 2025

Without our health, it’s hard to perform in any area – in our relationships, growth goals or business goals. When we can feel better, operate more effectively at a biological level, we can perform better.

How is your health generally? What might you do to plus it up to the next level?

If we want to grow and perform in business, relationships and have sustainable, positive results in any area of our lives, health has to be an important part of that equation. Lately, I’ve been paying a lot more attention to mine—and I wanted to share two things that have made a real difference.

1. Blokes (for men) and Joi (for women) – A Smarter Health Snapshot

These are telehealth platforms that go beyond the traditional healthcare system. What I love about them is how comprehensive and personal the experience is. They start with a blood test that measures everything from hormones to metabolic balance, then walk you through results over a Zoom session. (Side note: This is something my primary care doctor has never done.)

Based on your results, they offer personalized recommendations—supplements, prescriptions, lifestyle suggestions—to help you optimize your health. I’ve just started the regimen they put together for me and already I feel a noticeable boost in energy. I’ll have to report back when I have my blood drawn next to see what tangible difference there is.

Just to be clear, I have no relationship with this company—this isn’t a sponsored post or paid partnership. I just think it’s a powerful tool more people should know about. They’re also running a 50% off special on their site right now, so it’s a great time to check it out.

2. Omorpho Weight Vest – Light, Wearable Resistance

I’ve tested a lot of weight vests over the years. What I’ve found is that even a little extra resistance can build strength and resilience—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. It’s that added effort that builds capacity in all areas of life.

Omorpho has been my favorite so far. Mine is 10 lbs—light enough to wear daily, sleek enough to not feel bulky, and designed to move with you. Whether it’s a morning walk or just throwing it on during daily tasks, it’s become part of my routine. I still use my 25 lb vest from time to time, but Omorpho is much more functional for regular use.

Full transparency—we do have a relationship with the team at Omorpho, but I’m sharing it here because I genuinely love the product and how it’s elevated my everyday movement and experience. You can get 15% off using this code on their site below: “sterling15”

The bottom line here is that our health is one of the most powerful investments we can make—because it fuels everything else. Whether it’s dialing in your internal systems or adding just a bit more challenge to your movement, these two tools have helped me feel more energized, more capable and more intentional.

Let me know if you try either—I’d love to hear how it goes for you.

Key Idea

Building a solid foundation of health builds a solid foundation for performance. Without our health, it’s hard to perform in any area – in our relationships, growth goals or business goals. When we can feel better, operate more effectively at a biological level, we can perform better.
